Teo Ser Lee PBM is always eager to contribute her time and efforts to those in need through volunteering and fundraising. She has been an active volunteer with the North West Community Development Council (CDC) for the past 22 years, as well as with Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC).
Her commitment to community service extends to various marginalised communities, having volunteered with orphanages, homes for the handicapped and befriending seniors who live alone. From 2015 to 2019, she served as the Chairperson of Nanyang Technological University's Business & Community Partners Programme, which aims to bring corporates and community leaders together to empower financially disadvantaged students to reach their full potential.
As an ambassadress of Singapore, Ms. Teo has also traveled extensively, representing the nation in international pageants, and raising funds for charity. Her impressive collection of titles includes Ms Singapore/International, Ms Singapore/World, Ms Singapore/Globe.
Ms. Teo founded Protocol Academy Pte Ltd in 2003 and has since been instrumental in establishing Singapore’s etiquette and protocol services. She has also accumulated more than 12 years of invaluable experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in marketing and corporate communications.
