How many seats are there per table?

There are 10 seats per table.

What if I need more than 10 seats?

We encourage you to donate for additional tables. Your generosity will help in supporting our programme and services!

Do I have to provide a guest list?

Yes! To help with registration and identification, an email will be sent to the provided email address 7 weeks before the dinner for you and your esteemed guests to RSVP.

How long do I have to complete the guest list?

You have up to 3 weeks prior (i.e. 20 September 2024) to the dinner to complete. This will help us to work with the hotel in attending to the needs of you and your esteemed guests.

Will I know when my table is completed with 10 guests?

Yes. An email containing the guest list will be sent to you when your table is full.

What if I have food allergy?

Not to worry. You may indicate it in the guest list that will be sent 7 weeks prior to the dinner.

What if my guest is unable to make it?

Please reach us at partner.us@carecorner.org.sg for us to remove the guest, before you share the link to a new guest.

Will there be complimentary parking coupon?

You may indicate in the guest list when the email is sent. However, we seek your understanding that the availability of a parking lot and a parking coupon is on a first come first served basis. Please enquire from our receptionist upon reaching the venue.

Can I donate for multiple seats for the experiential component?

Yes, you may, if the donation receipt is to be issued to an individual.

If the donation receipt is to be issued to multiple individuals, we appreciate your help to repeat the donation process, due to PDPA matters.

Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes. Care Corner Singapore is a registered Institution of a Public Character (IPC).

All donations $10 and above will be eligible for 250% tax-deduction on the donated sum (from now till 31 December 2026), upon the provision of Name and NRIC/FIN/UEN/ASGD/ITR.

Will I receive a tax-deductible receipt for my donation?

A tax-deductible receipt from Care Corner Singapore will be sent to the email address provided by 15th of the following month.

Donations made by 31 December, and have opted for a tax-deduction with the provision of Name and NRIC/FIN/UEN/ASGD/ITR will automatically be included in the tax assessment.

Is GST included?

GST is not chargeable on donations.

What are the available mode of donations?

Available modes of donation are:

Am I able to get a refund of my donations if I am unable to join in the dinner?

Thank you for your donation, we really appreciate it. All donations will go towards funding Care Corner programmes and services to support our beneficiaries, and their families. Donations are non-refundable.

Can I still donate for a table and not join in?

Yes, you may! Please donate under General Donation.
